From a personal point of view we drink kombucha because it is a live cultured drink that is naturally low in sugar, is refreshing and thirst quenching, and has a nice uplifting feeling (but definitely without the buzz of a caffeine hit).
Our kombucha is made from wild symbiotic communities of bacteria and yeasts (i.e. not lab derived or patented strains) and to us that is what makes this drink so special.
